2 more days for my weekend to arrive and be one big blur (again! LoL). Earlier this morning I read something that I feel may have answered a question I've been harboring within myself.

So there it is folks... I need to construct a really good Mantra that's short, positive, instructive, and full of real action words. With still figuring out a way to readjust my schedules inorder to get back to what I had started last June with my run club. I think the "Magic of a Mantra" specifically for me could be a refreshing start to get back to where I once began.
